Letter Collage Poster
A rustic 3×3 collage poster — your photos placed in the frames exactly as uploaded, with the wood, letters, and quote finished by one AI pass (1 credit).
At a glance
Everything you need to know
Any word, up to 3 letters
DAD (default), MOM, LOVE… the letters fill the top-left, centre, and bottom-right tiles as distressed blocks on wood grain.
Photos exactly as uploaded
Your photos are cover-cropped into the six photo panels pixel-perfect — never redrawn or restyled by AI, with a thin white frame.
Per-panel AI styles
Any photo panel can instead be re-rendered in an AI style — Watercolour, Oil, Pencil Sketch, Cartoon, Comic, Vintage Sepia, Pop Art, Anime — mixed freely with as-is panels.
Heart tiles
Any photo panel without an upload becomes a decorative wood-tone heart tile — the grid always looks complete.
Always AI-finished
One AI pass enriches the wood, lettering, and quote into a product-ready design (1 credit) — then your photos are pasted back pixel-perfect.
3 letter styles
Mixed distressed white/dark-brown (default), all white, or all brown — with an optional heart cutout in the centre letter.
7 art styles
Rustic Woodland (default), Vintage Sepia, Modern Minimal, Whimsical Pastel, Boho Wildflower, Festive Holly, Elegant Black & Gold — steering the AI pass.
Script quote (optional)
6 quick-adds — "TO THE WORLD You are a Dad BUT TO US YOU ARE THE WORLD" default — flanked by hearts; hide it and the grid fills the poster.

The word
Letters
The first three letters of your word fill the top-left, centre, and bottom-right tiles; everything else is a photo panel. Missing letters become heart tiles too.

The photos
Six panels, as-is
Upload a photo for any of the six positions (top-centre through bottom-centre). Each photo is centre-cropped to fill its square — the pixels come straight from your upload, untouched. Panels you leave empty render as decorative wood-tone heart tiles.

Tips
Good to know
How the build keeps your photos exact. The build renders the layout with flat magenta squares in the photo slots, the AI is instructed to beautify everything except those squares, and the app detects the squares in the result and pastes your real photos into them. If a slot drifts, the photo falls back to the scaled grid position; if detection fails entirely you’ll get a clear error — just retry.
Photos are centre-cropped to squares. Vertical or horizontal photos are cropped from the middle to fill the panel — pick photos whose subject sits near the centre for the best fit. The pixels are otherwise exactly as uploaded.
The palette drives the wood tones. Warm Wood (default) matches the rustic original; Soft Pastel Family, Bright & Sunny, and Rustic Evening recolour the background, tiles, and letter panels.
Per-panel styles ride the same AI pass. Styled panels show their original photo in the guide with a transform instruction, so the AI re-renders just those panels; as-is panels stay magenta and get the real photo pasted back. No extra credits, and you can mix styled and original panels freely.
Refining is hidden here. Because the poster is your real photos, AI refinement (which would redraw them) is turned off for this template — download is right there instead.
